Beginning of cooperation with Nur Telecom mobile operator

After a series of successful negotiations, the company Ester Solutions has signed the agreement on all essential conditions and has concluded with the operator Nur Telecom the contract on delivery OTA of platform ESSO™ and the adjacent services adapted for an infrastructure of Nur Telecom. Ester Solutions will put hardware-software solution ESSO™ for carrying out mass OTA campaigns. In addition Ester Solutions will put functionality Dynamic STK & Roaming Management. Dynamic STK solutions will allow Nur Telecom to independently form and change content-services in the appendix of the SIM-menu which at the initiative of the operator will be loaded on target SIM-cards in the form of an applet. Roaming Management solution has been chosen by Nur Telecom for elimination of a problem of registration of the subscribers living in frontier zones, to networks of the "next" operators, for example, to operators of Uzbekistan. For this reason, such subscribers are compelled to pay the raised tariffs, applicable in the conditions of roaming. Platform ESSO™, including all additional functionality, it will be placed in operation in the end of 2008, the beginning of 2009.
